Yes, corporate leases are available. Our leasing team can provide additional details regarding lease terms, pricing, and qualification requirements for corporate residents.

Yes! Residents are welcome to personalize and decorate their apartment home. We encourage residents to review their lease agreement and consult the leasing office regarding any modifications that may require approval.

Each apartment home comes equipped with a variety of kitchen appliances for your convenience, including:

• Electric Stove/Oven
• Microwave
• Dishwasher
• Garbage Disposal

No. Subletting is not permitted at Effingham Parc. Only individuals listed on the lease agreement may occupy the apartment home.
Apartment homes include washer and dryer hookups, allowing residents to install their own laundry appliances for added convenience.

Pet Policy

Yes! Effingham Parc is a pet-friendly apartment community in Rincon, Georgia, and we welcome your furry family members. Our pet policy includes:

• Dogs and cats are welcome.
• Small aquarium-size fish and small birds are permitted.

A maximum of two pets per apartment home is allowed. There is no weight limit for approved pets. Rodents, reptiles, and exotic animals are not permitted.

Breed restrictions, pet fees, and additional guidelines may apply. Please contact the leasing office for complete pet policy details.

Community Amenities & Conveniences

Residents may enjoy the community pool and outdoor deck area daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
The fitness center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing residents with convenient access to their workout routine whenever it fits their schedule.
Yes. Effingham Parc offers secured access to help provide residents with added peace of mind.
Packages delivered by UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon, and other carriers are delivered directly to residents' apartment homes whenever possible.
Yes! Resident parking is available throughout the community. Please contact the leasing office for information regarding parking policies and visitor parking.
No, EV charging stations are not currently available at Effingham Parc.

Rent, Utilities & Insurance

Residents can conveniently pay rent online through the resident portal. Flexible payment options, including Flex and Bilt, are available to help make monthly rent payments more manageable.
Yes. All residents are required to maintain a valid renter's insurance policy throughout their residency as outlined in the lease agreement.
Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for setting up and maintaining utility services prior to move-in.

Residents should contact the following providers before their move-in date:

• City of Rincon for water service 
• Georgia Power for electric service 

The leasing office can provide additional guidance if needed.

Xfinity is the primary internet and cable service provider for the community.
