Each apartment home comes equipped with a variety of kitchen appliances for your convenience, including:

No. Subletting is not permitted at Effingham Parc. Only individuals listed on the lease agreement may occupy the apartment home.
Apartment homes include washer and dryer hookups, allowing residents to install their own laundry appliances for added convenience.

Pet Policy

Yes! Effingham Parc is a pet-friendly apartment community in Rincon, Georgia, and we welcome your furry family members. Our pet policy includes:

• Dogs and cats are welcome.
• Small aquarium-size fish and small birds are permitted.

A maximum of two pets per apartment home is allowed. There is no weight limit for approved pets. Rodents, reptiles, and exotic animals are not permitted.

Residents may enjoy the community pool and outdoor deck area daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Packages delivered by UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon, and other carriers are delivered directly to residents' apartment homes whenever possible.

No, EV charging stations are not currently available at Effingham Parc.

Rent, Utilities & Insurance

Residents can conveniently pay rent online through the resident portal. Flexible payment options, including Flex and Bilt, are available to help make monthly rent payments more manageable.
Yes. All residents are required to maintain a valid renter's insurance policy throughout their residency as outlined in the lease agreement.
Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for setting up and maintaining utility services prior to move-in.
